We can reach more babies with a gift of a Share a Story Bible on their 1st birthday if we do it together.
Here are a few ways you can be part of sharing the Bible with families in Scotland who have welcomed a new baby in 2024.
- Share our Bibles for Bairns posts on your social media channels
- You can show this video at your events
- Give out this flyer which explains the project for parents/carers
- Put this powerpoint on your screens or use on your social channels
- Put your church on our map so that people who register their babies can find a church near them that has activities for their new baby.
Volunteer
Another very exciting way you can be part of Bibles for Bairns is to volunteer to wrap these beautiful gifts to get them ready for delivery to the babies on their 1st birthday.
You can volunteer if you…
- Live within travelling distance to our Edinburgh office (15 minute walk from Haymarket Station)
- Are free once a month for half a day
- Are able to wrap up Bibles and sign birthday cards
We will provide…
- Coffee/tea/juice and cake
- Clear instructions and support
- All the materials
- Travel expenses
